Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays. • Provide product pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to inquiries and process orders and follow up to expedite same.
• Receive and enter orders and quotes and follow up as necessary.
• Work closely with production to coordinate special delivery commitments.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service

Requirements:

• College Diploma/Certificate or University Degree/Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and technical inclination.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy, specifically in MS Word for windows, spreadsheets, and presentation software (experience in EPICOR is an asset)
• Fluency in English is required in both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Spanish would be asset.
