Job Description


:We are seeking an Order Entry Clerk to join a dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing orders and addressing customer queries through email and phone. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage order processing
  • Process orders from purchase order receipts
  • Address customer inquiries through both email and telephone
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions for order processing and record keeping
  • Leverage CRM and Epic Software to enhance customer interaction and service
  • Handle billing functions and check processing with proficiency
  • Administer claim processes
  • Use ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions
  • Employ 'About Time' software for effective time management
  • Respond to incoming calls and manage customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Order Entry Clerk
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Dynamic 365, AS400
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of Epic Software
  • Ability to work with ERP Solutions
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Comfortable in answering inbound calls
  • Capable of performing billing functions
  • Proficiency in check processing
  • Experience in claim administration
