Enter the orders into the system and process invoices
Liaise with other departments in processing orders
Answer customer calls and manage email correspondence
Maintain customer files
Sending, scanning, and filing of important documents
Receptionist duties (ex. Answering and directing calls, receiving packages)
Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Experience & Training required:
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Nav, Word, Excel, Outlook)
A typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
At least 1-year experience in administrative related jobs is preferred.
Knowledge in logistics or purchasing is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
