We are seeking a new member for our Office team who is a fast typer, reliable, task-oriented, hardworking, and attentive. A background in office administration is an asset \xe2\x80\x93 a minimum of two years of experience is required. You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or have a two year valid work permit, 18 years of age or older, and have access to reliable transportation. Position: Order Entry and Customer Service Representative Term: Immediately to April 30, 2024 Reporting to: General Manager Role: Perform primary reception duties, data entry, provide administrative support to the office, General Manager, and other Departments. Availability: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime. List of Duties - Answer emails and telephone inquiries - Process online returns, damages, and exchanges. - Attract potential sales by answering product and service questions; suggesting other styles of product whenever appropriate. - Make notes in a CRM program used by the company as and when an interaction occurs with a customer - Manage various Excel spreadsheets and Word documents related to your duties. - Process orders from our online store - which includes effective email communication with our customers, data entry, invoicing and sending the invoices to our shippers. - Perform a quick website audit every morning to ensure that all features are functioning. - Ensure that filing and other various clerical duties are up to date. - Ensure that all features on our website are fully functional and provide feedback on any features that need improvement. Play an active role in helping improve our website. - Share social media admin responsibilities whenever needed. - Assisting other departments, as needed.
