Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Desk Person/Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are entered correctly and that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Package products according to company specifications and quality standards. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in the analysis of packaging processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to packaging and product information. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Engage in upselling opportunities when interacting with customers, promoting additional products or services. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of packaging tasks.

Skills

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English and strong basic math skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions. Customer service experience with a focus on providing a positive customer experience. Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. In good physical health and able to perform heavy lifting. Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
