Job Overview

As a Delivery Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly delivery of Domino's products while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a combination of safe driving, strong communication, and efficient time management. You will represent the Domino's brand in the community, ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition. In addition to delivery duties, you will support in-store operations, including order preparation, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience while upholding Domino's standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Operate a registered, insured, and well-maintained vehicle while following all traffic laws. Accurately handle customer payments, including cash, debit, and credit transactions. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with each delivery. Assist with in-store tasks such as preparing food items, assembling orders, and restocking supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and delivery area, following sanitation standards. Use Domino's GPS or navigation tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time service. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and resolving issues professionally. Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Adhere to Domino's policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and delivery procedures.
