VPC Group Inc., has an opportunity for a permanent full time Order Desk Backup Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Effectively handle customer service issues and purchase orders Process and follow up of internal purchase orders Handle various administrative tasks including courier pickups and deliveries Coordinating invoices from suppliers and send them out effectively and efficiently Handle all kinds of receivables and payablesincluding payments from CODs on PSI and have strong follow-ups Hands-on on filling, organizing and dealing customers on phone, email etc. Responsible for purchase orders and monthly inventory
Provide backup assistance for programming including ganging and nesting
Work closely with other departments for payment purposesRequirements:
Completed post-secondary education in office administration Strong technical skills in MS Office (Word,
Excel,
