Job Description

Royal Stamp & Sign Co. is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused inside sales representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:



Inside Sales & Customer Support:

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling incoming inquiries by phone, email, fax, and in person. Provide product recommendations and expert advice tailored to each customer's needs.

Estimating and Order Processing:

Accurately prepare quotes, enter orders into our system, and generate invoices. Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and meet client expectations for quality and timelines.

Cross-Selling & Upselling:

Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products or upgrades that add value for the customer and support company growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and repeat clients through consistent, proactive communication and reliable follow-through.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer experiences from start to finish.

Qualifications:



Sales & Service Experience:

Minimum 5 years in an inside sales or order desk role. Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from inquiry to completion.

Communication Skills:

Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers and colleagues.

Attention to Detail:

Strong accuracy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities without sacrificing quality.

Initiative & Professionalism:

A mature, self-motivated approach to work. Willing to take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Previous experience in custom products, especially in the signage, printing, or manufacturing industry is a definite asset.
