We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong customer service.

Duties



Handle customer orders, phone inquiries, and daily administrative tasks Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, order tracking and reports

Skills



Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Professional phone manner and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
