Your Title: Administrative Support

Job Location: Canada-Remote

Join our team as an Administrative Support professional where you\'ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to our managers, departments, and teams!

What You Will Do

Supercharge operations with proactive administrative prowess. Liberate executives, managers, and teams from administrative burdens through strategic support. Seamlessly handle travel arrangements, calendar orchestration, departmental reports, dynamic presentation creation, and meeting logistics. Dive into research and data analysis, skillfully bridging interdepartmental and external collaborations. Engage with personnel at all levels for insightful information gathering and polished report creation.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and seamless logistics

Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for optimal time management

Prepare departmental reports and assist in presentation preparation, ensuring accurate and professional deliverables

Facilitate meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation

Coordinate activities between departments and external parties, fostering effective collaboration

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum High School degree but 2-4 Year Degree preferred; education/training in business admin, software or supply chain management is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f 2-5 years experience in order administration, sales support, or a related is preferred.

Experience performing a variety of complex administrative tasks involving some discretion and requiring moderate amounts of problem solving

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Google Suite or Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
