Responsibilities

What we are looking for
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Customer service oriented individual.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills for use in dealing with internal and external customers, claimants, brokers, physicians and employees.
Ability to respond constructively and decisively in high pressure or emotional situations and to respond positively to change.
Working knowledge of the insurance and claims industry are an asset

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location Montreal, Quebec
Salary range is expected to be between $39,525.00 CAD - $65,875.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
