Develop and deliver the next generation of Oracle solutions using innovation-led design thinking, agile development methodologies and new intelligent technologies, such as IoT, analytics, automation and AI.
The Work: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the team in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful application configurations.
Provide guidance on best practices for design and build enablement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration and release management processes.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 8 years experience and expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials is required.
Minimum 5 years expereince and advanced level of proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Bonus Points If You Have:
Design & Build Enablement proficiency at an Intermediate level is suggested.
