Reporting to the Financial Controller, CFO and General Manager, you will have responsibility for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance and providing insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the day to day financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group policies.
  • Partner with the General Manager and business unit leaders to provide timely financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, provide rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury and working capital ensuring strong liquidity.
  • Supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits and external reporting requirements.
  • Strengthen and monitor internal controls in alignment with Group standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and business cases to support growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Support sales and operation teams in areas such as pricing, customer credit reviews, invoicing and collections.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting support team, supporting their growth and development
  • Occasional travel to other Group locations as required.
The successful candidate will have:
  • A CPA designation or in final stages of completion.
  • 5 years of experience in a finance manager or comparable senior finance role.
  • Experience within manufacturing, distribution or industrial services including inventory management is highly desirable.
  • High level abilities within financial reporting and complex financial analysis.
  • Proven abilities in cash flow management and working with rolling budgets.
  • A passion for an entrepreneurial culture, growth and being able to pivot to changing priorities.
  • Advances Excel skills and working experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to partner effectively with operational leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, priorities and meeting deadlines.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $85,0000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
