to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation models, taxation, payment plans, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groups
Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into accurate compensation configurations
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to
Redwood UI
Design and configure
AI-assisted components
to improve customer and sales insights
Develop and manage custom roles ensuring secure access and compliance
Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
Create documentation, develop test cases, and conduct user training sessions
Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues promptly
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
