We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Consultant to support a major Telecommunications client. The ideal professional will lead end-to-end implementations, optimize compensation processes, and ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable commission operations.
Job Title: Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Consultant
Location- Toronto, ON
Must-Haves:
Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations, enhancements, and support
Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
Configure and customize Incentive Compensation components (custom objects, rules, pay groups)
Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into compensation configurations
Partner with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
Design and configure AI-assisted components for customer and sales insights
Develop and manage custom roles with secure access controls
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to streamline compensation workflows
Prepare documentation, test cases, and deliver user training
Provide production support and resolve commission/incentive calculation issues
