Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groups
Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into compensation configurations
Work with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
Develop and manage custom roles, ensuring secure access and compliance
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
Create documentation, test cases, and conduct user training
Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues in a timely manner
