Position: Optometrist Assistant / Receptionist - In Person

Job Type: Full Time, Part time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and manage appointments for Clinic Doctors Assist optometrists with pre-screening procedures and tests Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations Working with patients to provide knowledgeable eyewear, and product suggestions
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical or optometry office is ideal but not mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software. Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
