Linden Real Estate Services Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be proactive and accountable. In this full time position the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be a key member of the operations team, working directly with the President and Property Managers to ensure optimal operation and client service directly to our Owners, Investors, Condominium Boards and Tenants. Diligence and attention to detail are critical components of the successful candidate.
Working in a fast paced team environment, the person must be assertive and confident and able to work well under pressure. Duties include:
Front Desk Greeting, reception and client help. This person is a representation of our company and values.
Administer posting of rents and common element fees and bank deposits
Complete application verifications, lease preparation, liaison with site managers
Update availability reports for vacant rental inventory
Notice preparation including welcome letters, vacating letters, collection letters.
Maintaining contact listings for all properties.
Assist with preparation of financial and management reports
Condominium sale document preparation
Accounts Payable coding and entry
Other duties as assigned by the President
Applicant should have a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous property management experience and knowledge of Spectra Property Management Software an asset.
