We are a professional optometry practice looking for a full time experienced optician and/or optical/optometric assistant. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and loves to work with people. Experience in an Optometric practice or optical is an asset. Pay is competitive and according to experience.
Job responsibilities:
Advise on use and care of contact lenses
Assist clients in selecting eyeglasses
Adjust finished eyeglasses to fit client
Obtain specifications for eyeglasses and fit clients with prescription eyeglasses
Reception
Pretesting
Working with doctors to educate patients

Pay: $17.20-$25.05 per hour
