Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient records, and process billing Conduct preliminary tests such as ocular mobility, binocular vision, and accommodation assessments Support the optometrist with advanced diagnostic procedures (OCT, digital retinal photography, visual field testing) Assist patients with frame selection, lens recommendations, and eyewear fittings Provide education on contact lens care and eyewear options Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy downtown practice

What We're Looking For


1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or an optical/optometry setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software Team player with a positive, professional attitude Passion for eyewear, fashion, and helping people see their best Experience in Downtown Toronto or knowledge of the area is an asset
