WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
  • You will report to the Team Lead, Digital Performance and Optimization.
  • Create and manage properties in AMA\xe2\x80\x99s web analytics and product analytics tools.
  • Implement and monitor tagging of all our online properties.
  • Maintain tag schemas for current projects and prepare them for implementation on new projects.
  • Implement, test, validate, monitor, triage, and debug conversion tracking for various platforms.
  • Perform heuristic analysis on session recordings and heatmaps and generate observations and insights.
  • Monitor performance trends with marketers and channel specialists.
  • Interpret data from a variety of sources including Google Analytics and Heap.
  • Develop reporting in Google Data Studio and PowerBI that provides meaningful visibility across all tactical online marketing activities and ties them to real results.
  • Assemble, organize, interpret, and communicate findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Liaison with numerous stakeholders to ensure their data and tagging needs are being served.
  • Effectively communicate with Channel Services, Association Marketing, Travel Marketing, Insurance Marketing, BI Digital Products and Development teams.
  • Implement campaign tracking to attribute traffic from PPC, SEO, Email, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate the engagement and support of business units around business requirements for digital analytics and online marketing - after all, it\'s all about creating the best end user experience!
  • Keep up to date on AMA products, services, and membership policies and procedures and ensure work adheres to all applicable internal and external standards.
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99VE DONE
  • You have a university degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related experience.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years applied and progressive experience in Google Analytics and other web analytics software.
  • You have experience with basic web technology and have experience in building and analyzing web analytics reports.
  • You also really know your way around advanced functions of Excel and Google Sheets, such as pivot tables and functions.
