Job Description


GOcxm is a leading Interactive D2C Mobile Technology platform transforming how brands and retailers engage, convert, and retain consumers. GOcxm\xe2\x80\x99s experience with shopper marketing, retail and event activations, upper funnel acquisition, trade marketing, and data analytics has enabled it to assist brands and partners turn consumer interactions into continuous engagements that drive increased conversion, retention, sales, and community. The Account Coordinator will work with the Account Management team to support the day-to-day activities of the agency\'s clients. This includes coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. You will play a critical role in shaping the planning and execution of GOcxm\xe2\x80\x99s overall client experience across the entire journey. A passionate, detail-oriented multi-tasker to help ensure the voice and needs of the client are heard and understood across departments.

  • Support the Account Management team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate project deliverables and campaign set-up to ensure on-time delivery
  • Proofread all project deliverables for content and offers, working with the team to resolve any issues
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and service providers (e.g. translation), ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and feedback
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, data, technology) to ensure client objectives are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and project documentation
  • Attend client meetings and calls as necessary, taking detailed notes and follow-up action items
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to marketing technology and advertising
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Account Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools, including ad serving, analytics, and social media management is considered an asset
  • Client-side experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to speak and write French is required
