Midland transport is looking for a motivated individual to work as an Ops and Onboarding Specialist based in our Head Office Location, Dieppe, NB.

We are looking for someone who has the drive to go above and beyond the call of duty in providing Superior Quality Service for our customers. The new addition to our team will be responsible for onboarding Midland Customers through our WIN Program. The position is Monday to Friday day shift.

Qualifications:

• Education Required: Minimum High School diploma
• 2-5 years call center experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 fluent in both English and French
• Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with strong attention to details
• Work cross functionally and efficiently with internal and external customers
• Passionate and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance value for our customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
• Proactive and able to assimilate new information quickly
• Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed account walkthroughs, education, and assistance to customers with the implementation of customer-facing solutions, including the web, shipping system, API, EDI, tools, and notifications
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key internal stakeholders
• Weekly reporting of status of customers onboarded and their transactions
• Handle and resolve escalated inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operations teams in the onboarding process
• Observe and analyze trends, leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
• Monitoring of existing accounts
• Daily reporting
