We are seeking a Manager, Operations Systems to take ownership of menu management, POS systems, and operational reporting across a growing quick-service restaurant group. This role blends operational expertise with systems know-how, ensuring that menu offerings are delivered consistently, efficiently, and profitably across the business. The ideal candidate will be equal parts collaborator and problem-solver, able to work with culinary, IT, marketing, and finance teams while keeping front-line operations running smoothly. $90-100K base plus bonus.

Description
Partner with culinary leaders to ensure menu items are set up correctly in POS systems.
Oversee menu updates-including pricing, descriptions, and promotions-ensuring accuracy and alignment across all locations.
Conduct ongoing audits to identify opportunities for improving profitability and guest experience.
Manage POS platforms, keeping systems current, secure, and fully optimized for restaurant operations.
Work with IT teams to troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize downtime.
Leverage reporting tools to track sales, monitor menu performance, and identify cost or margin gaps.
Execute variance analysis to spot discrepancies and develop corrective solutions.
Create and maintain digital documentation of recipes, nutritional information, and system processes.
Coordinate with marketing, culinary, and finance teams to ensure smooth rollout of menu changes.
Provide training and guidance to operations and restaurant staff on menu and POS processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field-or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years in restaurant operations, retail, food & beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of QSR/hospitality operations and related business systems.
Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost-control practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data clearly and persuasively.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness to travel as required to support restaurant operations.
