• Cleaning Supervisor

• Work with light-duty, industrial, or professional cleaners and janitors to supervise and oversee their operations.
• Assess locations or facilities to ensure they comply with established safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Provide suggestions or make arrangements for any further services necessary, or replacement of equipment.
• Create a work schedule, hire and train staff, and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Oversee timesheet corrections and execute changes as needed or required.
• Running inspections to identify defects and irregularities in the executed jobs, correct the issues, and retrain staff to ensure everything meets the high standard of services provided by the company.
• *Training will be given to all successful candidates

*Wage is outlined in our Staff Intro Package (dependent on years of service, experience, and position). Qualifications

• All applicants must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable car (gas is reimbursed at $0.61 per km)
• Eligible to work in Canada with a valid SIN
• Good communication skills, team-oriented
• Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic
• Creativity & problem-solving skills
• Must agree to a police check
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning is required. (1 year)*
• Previous supervisory experience is required. (2 years)*
