Job Description

:

Perform sign and equipment (parking meters, doors etcetera) installation and/removal, litter pick-up and garbage removal Has control of all tools and equipment required to perform his/her duties Snow removal and pressure washing as directed Complete and submit work orders for management approval, knowledge of work flow procedures is required Keep company vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs Coordinating with the property security as required with any garage and/or parking related issue Assist with repair of broken gate arms, garage doors and parking equipment Other duties as assigned Interact face to face with our customers and clients where required (Service is priority) Must ensure that the site at which the individual is working is kept clean, neat, and free of any obstacles in accordance with the requirements of that site using the equipment required/provided to perform these duties Act as a front line employee which is considered an extremely important function of this position Uniforms and safety gear must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner (Safety is important) Responsible for prioritization of various jobs with his/her supervisors/manager Responsible for tracking levels of stock as well as supplies Respond to operational emergencies as needed

Working Conditions:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clean driving record required Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Frequent physical activity, including bending, stretching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) Strong mechanical/technical skills

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance and repair experience required Any electrical experience or certificate considered an asset Any Safety and compliance training considered an asset Clear verbal and written communication Intermediate computer skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced environments Strong time management and organizational skills Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
