As an Operations Specialist, your role will be to support the overall marketing operations by performing all duties professionally and efficiently. Marketing Operations will involve a variety of key issues such as marketing data analysis, online marketing planning, CRM system management, and will also have skills in email marketing.
To be successful as an Operations Specialist, you must organize, direct, and control the organization in a way that ensures limited resources are put to the best use.
Job Responsibilities of An Operations Specialist

  • Assist the marketing manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the marketing department.
  • Be responsible to overall planning/management/execution of branded online and offline activities to attract customers and increase brand market share.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of relevant data, including the analysis of market data, and the development of relevant work optimization plans.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of brand social media, official brand emails and other platforms.
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board.

Qualifications for Operations Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of Email Marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of all common office software.
  • Knowledge of SEO (Preferred)
