We're looking for a proactive and versatile Operations & Sales Support Assistant for a 3-month contract position with the potential of extension. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, client interaction, shop and yard tasks, and sales support. In addition to hourly compensation, a commission will be offered for any new sales generated through phone or in-person efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
Support day-to-day sales efforts, including phone and walk-in inquiries
Earn commission on any confirmed sales you help bring in
Order materials and arrange returns with vendors
Type reports, quotes, and other documents as requested
Help maintain a clean, organized shop and workspace
Perform light cleaning, grass cutting, and general yard maintenance
Support team members and assist with various daily operations as required
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales-minded with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Comfortable with multitasking and working independently
Able to work both indoors (office/shop) and outdoors (yard/grounds)
Able to lift 50lbs & and climb ladders
Basic computer skills (email, typing, Google Docs or MS Office)
Valid driver's license

Term: 3-month contract (with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week, flexible depending on candidate
