Operations & Order Entry Administrator

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Order Entry Administrator to support our front office and daily workflow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, accurate data entry, and communicating with customers and vendors in a professional, friendly way.

Key Responsibilities

Enter customer orders accurately into our internal systems Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email Coordinate shipping, pickups, and basic logistics Update production lists and spreadsheets Maintain organized digital and paper records Support daily office tasks (filing, printing, preparing documents, etc.) Assist Operations with administrative tasks and follow-ups Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude at all times

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of office, administrative, customer service, or data entry experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using Excel and basic computer programs Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Lives within a reasonable commute to Bolton, ON
