As a Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
\xe2\x97\x8fFollowing instructions of data classification/retention
\xe2\x97\x8fTaking specific actions to remediate data
\xe2\x97\x8fWorking with multiple shared drives
\xe2\x97\x8fAnalyzing - what documents to be disposed/keep
\xe2\x97\x8fImplementing correct data classification
\xe2\x97\x8fWorking on a specific shared drive and list.
\xe2\x97\x8fExecuting transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
\xe2\x97\x8fReferring or escalating processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
\xe2\x97\x8fIdentifying opportunities to improve service delivery
\xe2\x97\x8fSupporting partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels
\xe2\x97\x8fInteracting with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
\xe2\x97\x8fPrioritizing and managing own workload to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity
\xe2\x97\x8fUnderstanding internal and industry regulations and trends, remain informed of emerging issues and apply appropriate due diligence in adherence with operating policies/procedures
\xe2\x97\x8fExercising discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
\xe2\x97\x8fSupporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes
\xe2\x97\x8fReviewing internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvement
\xe2\x97\x8fInvestigating and escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate
\xe2\x97\x8fAdhering to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)Qualifications
