The Opportunity



We're looking for a thoughtful and proactive Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help keep projects, clients, and content running smoothly; someone who loves bringing order to creative work and wants to grow with a mission-driven business. You'll work directly with the founder to keep projects moving, coordinate content, and strengthen our operating systems.

About the Role



Own timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients, designer, and copywriter Review content and designs for brand, grammar, and quality before delivery Track projects in Notion and HoneyBook; identify next steps and potential bottlenecks Create and maintain systems and templates (checklists, SOPs, reporting dashboards) Manage and repurpose blog and social content with a consistent brand voice Research therapist associations, podcasts, online communities and partnership opportunities Coordinate webinars and community outreach (you won't have to sell -- just organize and follow up) Monitor leads, referrals, and visibility metrics

Ideal Candidate



Have 3+ years of experience in operations/marketing coordination, or creative project management Are emotionally intelligent, organized, and take initiative without needing daily direction. Can write a clear, professional email and translate ideas into clean, repeatable processes. Understand the tone and ethics of therapists or wellness communities (or are eager to learn) Know how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools thoughtfully to research, draft, and organize work Thrive in small-team settings where ideas are welcome and collaboration is key

Nice to Haves



Experience in the therapy, wellness, or creative industries Familiarity with Squarespace design or website editing Basic SEO understanding (keywords, on-page fundamentals, meta descriptions) Comfortable editing light copy in Google Docs or Canva Experience creating or maintaining SOPs and project dashboards
Familiarity with Notion and HoneyBook (or similar CRMs like Dubsado) and project tools (e.g., Asana)
