About Agile Styling

Agile Styling is a fast-growing, style-focused brand committed to helping individuals rediscover their confidence through personal color analysis and education. Our founder-led business has built a strong community, a suite of innovative styling products, and a unique voice in the fashion and personal branding space. We are now entering our next phase of growth--and we're looking for a strategic, driven, and visionary Operational Manager to help us get there.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, build the infrastructure, lead from the front, and grow into the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Operational Manager who can take ownership of the business side of the brand, from day-to-day operations and sales reporting to launching new products and building out our internal team. This role is perfect for someone who is as comfortable running numbers and building systems as they are with digital marketing and community engagement.

You will be the key person to the founder--spearheading business growth, marketing, operations, and team building--while keeping a firm grasp on revenue, audience engagement, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategic Operations

Drive and execute company-wide goals, monthly, quarterly, annual planning, and growth strategies. Track, analyze, and manage financial and sales metrics; produce regular performance reports. Oversee pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization across services and products. Maintain operational efficiency across all client experiences, offerings, and digital platforms.
Marketing & Digital Sales Leadership

Own/direct and execute marketing strategy across all platforms (SMM, email, campaigns, lead gen). Understand and apply best practices in digital marketing and social media strategy. Launch and manage product offerings, monthly promotional calendars, and brand campaigns. Manage the customer journey across channels to maximize sales and satisfaction. Build out and optimize a digital marketing funnel (email, paid ads, content flow, etc.).
Product Development & Launch Execution

Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of new product and program launches. Coordinate timelines, creative assets, communications, and performance tracking. Build systems that can scale as new services and educational programs are released.
Community & Client Engagement

Stay closely connected with the Agile Styling audience; understand and speak their language. Collect insights, feedback, and testimonials to improve offerings and inform future campaigns. Support sales conversations, client engagement strategies, and community experience.
Team Leadership & Future Hiring

Manage and coordinate existing resources (freelancers, collaborators, contractors). Build internal SOPs and infrastructure to prepare for future team growth. Lead the hiring process for marketing, admin, and creative roles as the company scales. Cultivate a strong, values-aligned team culture focused on agility, innovation, and impact.

Proven track record of scaling a business--including audience growth, increasing revenue, and improving operational efficiency through strategic planning. Experience leading product launches, influencer collaborations, or online course sales. Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including social media, sales funnels, email campaigns, and paid media, with hands-on experience managing or implementing them. Exceptional project management skills--able to prioritize, delegate, and move multiple initiatives forward across marketing, sales, and operations. Experience launching and scaling online products or programs, with ownership over planning, timelines, and outcomes. Strong financial acumen: confident working with reports, dashboards, budgeting tools, and turning metrics into actionable decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, is resourceful, solution-oriented, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build from scratch.
