Qualifications / Required Skills Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and HR leadership roles in the healthcare sector. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You must possess keen attention to detail, good management, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to set priorities, delegate, motivate and develop the team to achieve results, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both when dealing with clients and office personnel. You must have the ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and prioritize crucial deliverables, handle urgent and time-sensitive situations effectively, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. Operations and Financial You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow of the center and maximizing patient and staff experience and satisfaction. Lead and oversee all clinical and administrative activities of the clinic, such as scheduling patient appointments, efficient patient flow, marketing, financial management, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for the maintain of Sharepoint folders, and be the curator of policies, procedures, HR and clinical protocols. Ensure patient complaints and concerns are dealt with promptly, compassionately and are formally reported. Conduct regular monthly meetings with administrative staff, nursing and embryology, to address problems, needs and targets of the various teams. Work with the Operations Director to create and execute the vision for the clinic. Financial Oversight of all finance functions of the clinic, including timely billing, collections, and financial reporting. You should possess strong analytical skills and will be required to monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. The successful candidate will manage clinic resources effectively and help grow the clinics in both revenue and new clientele. Develop and implement efficient clinic processes and monitor and improve clinic efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing office budget including billing, AR/AP, collections, expenses, banking deposits and reconciliations. You should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, experience with payroll processing and benefits administration, and demonstrable proficiency in financial software\xe2\x80\x99s such as QuickBooks and WagePoint. You will be responsible to manage the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s relationships with financial institutions, key suppliers and accountants. You will oversee and optimize use of equipment and supplies, for inventory management and procurement, and to implementing and managing cost-saving processes and improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, prepare and maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory and governmental bodies. Create a welcoming and comfortable, safe and clean clinic environment, oversee facilities maintenance and cleanliness. Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance HR Responsibilities Administer and assist with staff recruitment and retention. Training, development and coaching of staff on processes, programs, and products, including onboarding and/or termination processes. Ensure appropriate and safe staffing levels and develop and analyze metrics to assess staff performance. Manage and prepare necessary documentation (promotions, transfers, relocations, leaves, terminations, etc.) Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient records Ability to manage and supervise clinical staff, organizing employee schedules, assigning tasks, providing guidance, addressing conflicts, managing disciplinary actions when necessary, and ensuring relevant HR procedures are followed, and are escalated to the Operations Director when needed. You must effectively communicate with patients to handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner. You will be responsible for assisting departmental team leads with performance management review processes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
