Job Summary


We are seeking a Roofing Operations Manager to coordinate and execute our project operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations/project management. This role is critical in driving business development initiatives and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Minimum 5 years experience in pitched roofing, experience in commercial flat roofing is an asset but willing to train.

Duties



- Supervising, organizing & coordinating crews, utilizing Project management software (JOBNIMBIS). Organizing jobs including ordering materials, directing sub-contract crews and employees, trailers, job related tasks and miscellaneous items.

- Customer communication and satisfaction.

- Complete Quality Control Measures: Follow up/inspection of worksites for workmanship, clean up and client satisfaction.( if issues arise ownership needs to be notified ASAP.)

- Assistance with upper management in recruiting crews

- Co-ordinate and follow instruction under Ownership group.

- Submission and completion of paperwork/receipts including appropriate job information. All to be submitted in a timely manner.

- Assist in completion of Employee Safety Forms, Worksite inspections, Supervision of Sites and Compliance of WCB/OHS regulations and subsequent submission of completed documents.

- Assist in Toolbox Safety Meetings.

- Represent the company(s) in a professional manner, and work in collective conjunction with ownership as well as all other staff, roofers and personnel.

Requirements



Proven experience in an operations/project management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in crew management, project management, and business development. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,690.56-$123,133.68 per year
