As we grow, we're looking for a
detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and positive go-getter
to join our leadership team as an
Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
? Lead a small but mighty team (currently 3 people) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
? Oversee the placement of VAs with clients - from interviews and hiring to onboarding and ongoing support.
? Serve as a
coach
to VAs, internal teams, and clients to ensure long-term success.
? Work closely with our Director of Sales & Operations (who rocks the sales side) to
own the operations
side of the business.
? Keep things running efficiently by
optimizing systems and processes.
? Support clients and VAs by answering questions, troubleshooting, and making sure everyone's happy.
Who You Are
?
You've managed a small team before.
Leadership experience is a must!
?
You're tech-savvy.
Everything we do is online, so you should be comfortable with CRMs, hiring tools, automation, and learning new platforms.
?
You're detail-oriented.
You notice the little things and keep projects moving smoothly.
?
Seriously, we care about the last one!
