Key Responsibilities

Quote and book jobs based on client needs and scope Respond to inquiries, schedule work, and manage job flow Hire and coordinate skilled subcontractors as the business grows Perform handyman services yourself when required or profitable Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and local referral partners Market the business in your community, both online and in-person Ensure high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in quoting and completing home maintenance/repair jobs Strong marketing, sales, or customer relationship skills Reliable truck (trailer a plus) and tools for general handyman services Flexibility to perform a mix of admin, coordination, and physical work Ability to hire, manage, and mentor tradespeople Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering great service Liability insurance (or willingness to get it) Tech-capable (can use phone apps, email, digital calendars, etc.)

Earning Potential

Your income is tied directly to the profit you generate -- with no upper limit.

If You Manage 1-2 Subcontractors (30-40 hrs/week total)

$1,500-$3,000/month

in management profit share

Total: $6,500-$9,000+/month

If You Scale to 3-4 Contractors

Add

$4,000-$7,000+/month

in profit share

Total with 20+ own hours: $9,000-$12,000+/month

This is a performance-based role with no cap on earnings. The more work you do or coordinate, the more you take home.
