Avalon Property Services is seeking a
Part-Time Manager
to oversee daily operations, maintain equipment, and grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills andsmall engine technician experience
who wants to help drive our success.Responsibilities:
? Oversee
snow clearing
operations and ensure timely service? Manage
equipment maintenance
, including small engine repairs?
Secure new clients
(bonuses apply!)? Handle
day-to-day operations
and scheduling? Ensure
high-quality service
and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Must have experience with small engine repair
(e.g., snowblowers, lawnmowers)Strong leadership & organizational skills
Experience in property maintenance or a related field
Sales or client acquisition experience is a plus!

$40,000 per year (prorated for part-time)Bonuses
