Operations Manager / Consultant Real Estate Team

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to lead, train, and supervise a team of real estate associates. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that online leads are efficiently managed, nurtured, and converted into successful property sales. This consultant will act as both a coach and strategist, equipping associates with the tools, training, and accountability structures needed to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities



Team Development & Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate associates, with a strong focus on lead conversion best practices. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training workshops to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge. Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Lead Management & Conversion

Oversee the full lifecycle of online leads, from inquiry to closing. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead response time, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion ratios. Monitor CRM activity to ensure all leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and acted upon. Provide hands-on guidance in sales calls, client interactions, and negotiations to boost conversion outcomes.
Performance Optimization

Establish KPIs and benchmarks for lead conversion rates, sales targets, and customer satisfaction. Analyze lead flow and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Create and refine scripts, workflows, and processes for consistent and effective client engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns with sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management

Ensure associates deliver excellent customer experiences that build trust and long-term relationships. Step in as a consultant or closer for high-value opportunities when necessary. Uphold compliance with real estate regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of converting online leads into transactions. Prior leadership, coaching, or consulting experience in a sales-driven environment. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, online lead platforms, and digital sales funnels. Exceptional communication, training, and motivational skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
