The Opportunity: Be The First

You will not be "taking over" a role from someone else--you will be the

first-ever Operations Manager

in our company's history. This is a rare "ground floor" opportunity to work directly with the founders and key employees to build the operational systems that will power our expansion across in the lower mainland.

We don't need a clinician. We don't need a "maintainer." We need a

Service-Obsessed Operator

who has run high-volume floors, managed inventory, and led teams to sales victories. If you have run a busy retail location or a multi-unit hospitality cluster, this is your chance to leave the corporate red tape behind and build something real.

You thrive on the floor. You love the energy of a busy Saturday. You are constantly looking at traffic flow, visual standards, and staff engagement.

The "Fixer":

You don't walk past problems. If the inventory is messy, you organize it. If a client is unhappy, you fix it. You take extreme ownership.
What You Will Do (The Scope):

Guardian of the Guest Experience:

You will set the standard for how we treat our clients. From the initial phone call to the post-treatment follow-up, you will ensure every touchpoint is warm, professional, and "white glove."

Multi-Unit Command:

You will act as the "General Manager" for our 2 existing locations, ensuring they operate as one cohesive brand. You will split your time between sites, supporting our Store Managers and standardizing excellence.

Inventory Transformation:

You will move us from "guessing" to "precision." Implement Open-to-Buy budgets, set strict Par Levels for laser consumables/retail products, and conduct rigorous cycle counts to eliminate shrinkage.

Financial Gatekeeping:

You are the eyes on the numbers. You will oversee bookkeeping accuracy, validate daily cash/credit reconciliation, audit payroll commissions, and ensure every dollar spent has an ROI.

Sales Engine Optimization:

You will turn "order takers" into "deal closers." Monitor our "Speed to Lead" on web inquiries, audit call logs, and coach the front desk team on conversion scripts and upselling.
We Are Looking For (The Profile):

Deep Operational Experience in Retail/Hospitality:

You have spent 5+ years managing high-volume environments.

No Clinical Experience Required:

We have the clinical side covered. We need your business acumen, logistical brain, and leadership.

A "Builder" Mindset:

You are excited by the chaos of hypergrowth. You don't just follow processes; you writethem.

Financial Literacy:

You can read a P&L, understand COGS, and know how to calculate labor efficiency ratios.
