The Opportunity



We're seeking a dynamic

Operations and Client Experience Lead

to be the heart of our showroom operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, loves organizing and coordinating, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do



Be the welcoming face and voice of our showroom, embodying our luxury brand values.

Manage client communications--calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.

Coordinate calendars, bookings, and installation timelines for a seamless client journey.

Handle invoicing, document prep, and internal admin processes with precision.

Maintain operational efficiency through filing systems and office logistics.

Support showroom events and community engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance service standards and contribute to business growth.

What You Bring



3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or retail/service management.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset.

Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
