We deliver design-driven cabinetry, countertops, bathroom renovations, and full interior solutions for custom homes and high-end renovations from our 5,500 sq. ft. North York showroom. We serve homeowners, designers, and builders who want quality, reliability, and flexibility -- without the luxury price tag.

The Role

We're looking for a

hands-on operations manager

who can build and run our entire installation operation from the ground up. You'll be responsible for finding installers, managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple job sites, and ensuring every project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to our quality standards.

This is NOT a desk job. You'll be on-site daily, problem-solving in real-time, managing crews, and making sure custom cabinetry, bathroom renovations, and interior projects go flawlessly. You'll report directly to the owner.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

Build and manage our installer network

- recruit, vet, and manage installation teams and subcontractors

Oversee 3-5+ active job sites

across the GTA - coordinate schedules, deliveries, and crews

Quality control

- inspect installations, ensure finishing meets standards, handle on-site issues

Problem-solve creatively

- when field conditions don't match plans, you figure it out and fix it

Manage logistics

- track shipments from international partners, coordinate warehouse/showroom deliveries, prevent missing materials

Handle installer relations

- build strong relationships with reliable crews, manage performance, resolve conflicts

Communicate with clients and builders

- keep everyone updated, manage expectations professionally

Coordinate with trades

- work alongside electricians, plumbers, tilers, flooring contractors, etc.

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

Must-Haves:

?

5+ years in cabinetry/millwork operations, renovation management, or construction management

(overseas experience is welcome) ?

Proven track record recruiting and managing installation teams

- you know where to find good installers and how to keep them accountable ?

Deep hands-on construction knowledge

- you've done the work yourself (carpentry, cabinetry installation, bathroom renovations, finishing) ?

Multi-site management experience

- can juggle 3-5+ projects simultaneously without dropping balls ?

Problem-solver mentality

- when things go wrong on-site (and they will), you fix it fast ?

Strong communication skills

- comfortable with homeowners, builders, designers, and trades ?

Can read technical drawings

- shop drawings, architectural plans, elevations ?

Own transportation

- you'll be moving between job sites daily ?

Long-term commitment

- we're building something, need someone who's in it for the long haul

Nice-to-Haves:

Mandarin speaker (asset but not required) Interior design or architectural background Experience with custom/luxury residential projects Experience with full bathroom renovations and general renovations Bilingual (any language) for communicating with diverse installer base Experience with project management or CRM software Network of reliable subcontractors in the GTA

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible) Occasional weekend site visits as needed Primarily on-site across GTA job sites + North York showroom
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
