We're looking for an

Operations Manager

to take the reins of day-to-day business operations and ensure that every project we deliver exceeds expectations for our clients, our team, and our standards.

About the Role



Reporting directly to the President, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the organization, responsible for overseeing project delivery, inventory, equipment maintenance, budgeting, manpower, safety, and logistics. You'll lead from the front, solve problems on the fly, and inspire your team to consistently raise the bar.



This role is for someone who's not just managing operations, you're the kind of leader who spots untapped potential in others, fosters a strong team culture, and sees challenges as opportunities to elevate performance.

What You'll Do




Build and implement systems to track and manage materials, supplies, and equipment maintenance Oversee multiple construction projects from planning to final delivery on time, on budget, and on spec Train, mentor, and empower field crews to work safely, efficiently, and with pride Collaborate closely with the General Manager on scheduling, project milestones, and resource planning Act as a key point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams--ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction Proactively address project risks and maintain top-tier Health, Safety & Environmental standards across all operations



What You Bring to the Table




5-7 years of experience in operational leadership (construction industry experience considered an asset) A strong grasp of construction plans, field logistics, and heavy equipment operations A proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and purpose Tech-savvy with smartphones/tablets and familiar with field tech tools Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the Maritimes
