Role Overview
As our
Operations & Logistics Coordinator
, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a professional experience for our clinical and distributor partners. This is a hands-on position based in our downtown Montreal office, where you'll process orders, prepare shipments, coordinate returns, and maintain inventory. You will be one of the main points of contact for clinics and distributors, helping ensure they receive the right products on time.
This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Client Coordination
Communicate professionally with prosthetic clinics, buyers, and distributors
Receive and process incoming orders (email, Shopify, distributor accounts)
Confirm order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
Coordinate product returns and exchanges as needed
Fulfillment & Shipping
Pick, prepare, and package products for shipment
Create invoices and shipping labels
Prepare export/customs documentation when required
Schedule courier pickups and track shipments to destination
Communicate shipment updates to clients
Inventory & Materials Management
Maintain accurate stock levels and storage organization
Monitor inventory of packaging and shipping supplies
Support internal operations in maintaining product quality and consistency
Requirements
Permanent resident or Canadian citizen
Strong written and spoken
English

Comfortable using computer tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Experience with an order management platform (e.g., Shopify) --
