Overview



Elite Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our workforce scheduling, customer coordination, fleet administration, and internal systems development across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and clear communication across teams, customers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities



Workforce Scheduling & Customer Coordination



Schedule crews for broiler, layer, and install work across multiple provinces . Maintain regular communication with farmers and customers to confirm timelines, site readiness, and bird movements. Coordinate with other contractors to ensure alignment and minimize delays. Assist farmers with vaccination schedules and bird logistics to optimize workforce deployment.

Fleet & Equipment Administration



Schedule and track preventive maintenance for vehicles and equipment. Manage service providers, warranties, and repair records. Monitor downtime, repair costs, and fleet performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety standards, inspections, insurance, and licensing. Implement driver safety programs and maintain documentation. Use GPS/telematics to monitor usage, fuel efficiency, and optimize vehicle assignments.

Staff Housing - Administrative Oversight



Maintain records and checklists for staff housing across provinces. Implement a tracking system for regional managers to report issues and upkeep needs. Provide administrative support for housing logistics, maintenance coordination, and documentation.

Systems & Process Development



Help build a centralized customer database with farm characteristics and contact details. Create and maintain a shared contact system accessible across the company. Review and suggest improvements to worker forms to reduce on-farm administrative time.

Compliance & Reporting



Track and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) from processing plants. Coordinate with regional managers to ensure timely resolution and documentation of NCRs. Maintain records of poultry health audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented for any deviations. Support internal compliance efforts by organizing documentation and assisting with audit preparation.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations coordination. Familiarity with fleet management systems and housing administration is an asset. Proficiency in Excel, scheduling tools, and database systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
