About the Role

We are looking to add a highly reliable, hands-on team member to support the day-to-day execution of our real estate business and personal operations. This is a fully in-person, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-timefor the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and supporting both a busy real estate business and the personal life of its owner. Work will take place at listings, storage spaces, vendor locations, event sites, and personal residences. Driving and flexible availability are essential.

This is not an administrative role, though it does include light administrative duties tied directly to daily operations.

Because this role involves access to client homes, personal residences, and private matters, we are looking for someone who is trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working in a high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive to and between listings, storage locations, vendor sites, event locations, and personal errand destinations Run materials to listings including signage, lockboxes, keys, feature sheets, and supplies Put up and take down signs and riders Collect, manage, and transport lockboxes Hang flyers and prepare listing materials Help prep homes for sale, including light cleaning, organizing, and presentation support Manage, load, and transport staging inventory Assist with staging setup and take-down as directed Perform light handy tasks such as hanging artwork, mirrors, and decor, and making small setup adjustments Meet vendors and assist with on-site coordination Run errands related to real estate operations and personal needs Assist with the setup, facilitation, and execution of client, team, and personal events Organize office, storage, and personal spaces Provide hands-on support to day-to-day personal logistics as needed Complete light administrative tasks related to operations
Qualifications

Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Is comfortable with frequent driving throughout the day Has flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed but not often Is comfortable loading and transporting staging materials Is somewhat handy and comfortable using basic tools Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and well-presented Is comfortable being trusted with access to homes, materials, and private matters Can work independently and make good judgment calls Is organized and able to juggle multiple locations and priorities Communicates clearly and follows through Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Additional Information:

Part-time, in-person, hands-on role Potential to become full-time Hours vary week to week based on business and personal needs Local travel required (mileage reimbursed) 30-60 day paid trial period to ensure mutual fit Opportunity for growth as the role evolves

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
