Your role will be pivotal in forecasting and mitigating delays, coordinating cross-departmental activities, and upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.What You\'ll Do:

• Oversee daily flight operations with precision and efficiency.
• Lead a team of dispatchers using modern crew resource management principles.
• Play a key role in emergency response planning for PAL Airlines and associated companies.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, shaping the future of aviation operations.

What You\'ll Bring:

• Certified Type-B Dispatcher with a passion for excellence, or;
• Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar operational environment.
• A drive to excel, a commitment to teamwork, and a thirst for challenge.
