This role includes direct supervision of the Sales Support Clerk, Bookkeeper, and Operations area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Oversee sales support, finance, and operations teams, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and warranty processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience managing integrated teams across operations, finance, and sales support.
Experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly desirable.
Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Fluent English required; Spanish is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with regular presence in warehouse/production areas.
Occasional travel for supplier meetings, ports, or industry events.
Availability for extended hours during critical periods such as month-end close or audits.
