With a strong foundation established in Leamington, we are expanding to Chatham and seeking a passionate, mission-aligned Operations Director to lead the charge.
Position Summary
The Operations Director will oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our new Chatham location. Reporting to the Executive Director, this leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, supporting program implementation, managing staff, fostering community partnerships, and helping drive the mission forward with integrity and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day operations at the Chatham site, including programming, staffing, facilities, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational plans aligned with organizational goals and values.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a supportive and effective team culture.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and health and safety standards.
Create and strengthen partnerships with churches, agencies, donors, and local leaders.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report progress to the Executive Director.
Uphold the faith-based mission of the Centre with authenticity, grace, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Experience in operations, nonprofit management, social services, pastoring, or a related field.
Proven leadership expertise, ideally in faith-based or recovery-focused environments.
Strong project management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilities.
Passion for serving vulnerable populations through a Christ-centered lens.
Understanding of recovery principles, trauma-informed care, and community development.
