THIS ROLE WILL BE...

  • A 6 month contractor position, with the possibility of extension
  • 20+ hours per week, days of week based on business needs + are flexible
  • Hybrid, primarily remote + occasionally working on site in Langford, BC
THE BUSINESS Island-born and raised Constance has a natural connection for Real Estate Development projects on Vancouver Island. Her background includes being an owner-builder, managing and performing renovations, private lending, and land development. Along with her experience, Constance brings her passion for building relationships and creating win-win scenarios for investors. She is currently based in Langford, BC. Constance endeavours to work together collaboratively to innovate and develop effective operating systems in her business. She is keen on mutual learning within her team and creates a working environment where new ideas can thrive. Trust and integrity are foundational to Constance\'s work both her clients and team members. THE POSITION To enable the ongoing success of her businesses and to streamline operations, Constance is in search of high-level coordination support. This position will be integrated into Constance\'s businesses and be accountable for:
  • Record + Data Management - collect and maintain client and project information in systems
  • Transaction Research + Support - assist with deal research, producing reports and documentation to support
  • Operations Systemization - implement best practices to enable scalability and efficiencies
  • Client Relations - supporting with email, phone and internal communications as well as implementing continuous improvements for communication tools
  • Social Media Management - oversee and manage social media accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years experience in an operations, data/administration management or other related field, preferably in financial services or real estate environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, ideally real estate investment and/or development
  • Effectively leverages technology including social media platforms and project management softwares - specifically Quickbooks and Excel
  • Experience working autonomously and managing a wide breadth of priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evening + weekends
