Role Duties: o Entry level position in our Operations Department. o Primary role is to assist the main Regional Operations Managers in all aspects of the job. o Communicating with customers on each stage of their installation process. o Tracking communication with everyone involved with the installation process to ensure consistency. o Updating the company CRM software as the installation process progresses. o Gain working knowledge of the geography of the provinces in which your position will focus. Experience: o Experience with logistics or project coordination is an asset. o Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. o We will provide training for the rest.
